Pork Carnitas: Sweet & Spicy
This easy recipe for Pork Carnitas is fantastic. The
combination of ingredients gives a spicy, yet sweet flavor to
the meat. Wonderful alone or shred meat for tacos.
Some recipes cook the pork in lard, however I stay on the
healthier side with this recipe. Like all braising recipes,
this cooks slowly and the meat is so tender and full of flavor.
