Roasted Pork Chops

Roasted Pork Chops with a garlic pepper rub are tender, juicy and perfectly cooked with a golden crust. These chops are seared on the stove and finished in a hot oven.

They are Delicious! Serve with Roasted Potatoes and a Wedge Salad.



2 - 2 inch thick cut center cut pork chops
Garlic Rub:
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp paprika
Olive oil

  • Let pork chops rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  • Season pork chops with garlic rub. Heat a oven-safe saute pan on medium high heat. Drizzle pan with olive oil. When pan is hot, place pork chops in pan. Cook 2 minutes, turn cook 2 minutes. You will have a nice golden brown crust on each side. Place in oven cook 5-7 minutes or until desired doneness. At
    least 165 degrees for pork.
