Porterhouse Pork Chops
These Porterhouse Pork Chops with chile garlic rub is an easy recipe with amazing flavors. Grilled to a perfect medium these chops are fantastic. Spicy but not to spicy and an excellent choice for your next party.
4 - 1 inch thick porterhouse chops
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Ancho Chile Powder
1 tsp Chipotle Chile Powder
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
Olive oil
Trim excess fat from chops. Mix all spices
and sprinkle on both sides, rub into meat and set out for 30
minutes.
Preheat grill 15 minutes. Lightly oil grill with olive
oil. Place chops on grill, cook 6-8 minutes per side. Let
rest 10 minutes.
The meat is spicy, tender and tasty. Serve with
grilled zucchini,
wonderful
roasted potatoes
and chocolate
self-filling cupcakes.
