Pistachio Salad
This is the easiest, quickest and most delicous Pistachio
Salad recipe, ever! You can make this in a little as 5
minutes and serve in 30 minutes.
This can also be turned into a calorie friendly salad or dessert; use low-fat milk and low fat cool whip and enjoy even more!
1 3/4 oz box pistachio pudding
1 9 oz container cool whip
1 lb can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
In a large bowl, prepare pudding as
directed. Add cool whip, pineapple and marshmallows. Pour
into a 13 x 9 glass baking dish. Chill for 30 minutes. Super simple!

Perfect as a dessert or side dish for a pot-luck dinner. A favorite during the holiday's as well.
