Mexican Pizza

This easy recipe for Mexican Pizza is cheesy and spicy! Store bought pizza dough and sauce, make this super simple to make. Kids of all ages love pizza and this is a perfect opportunity to get the kids involved in preparing a meal.

1 pound ground beef, browned
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup sliced Jalapenos
1/2 onion diced
1 can Rotels diced tomatoes w/chili peppers, drained
1 cup Store bought pizza sauce
1 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
1 cup shredded mozzerralla cheese
1 cup medium cheddar cheese

  • Roll out pizza dough, place on baking stone, spread the pizza sauce on dough, top with Rotels diced tomatoes. Mix all the cheeses, spread 1/2 cheese over sauce and tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle with ground beef, onions, jalapenos, & black olives, add remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 - 21 minutes.

    Side Note: If spicy is not preferred by your family, replace the rotels diced tomatoes with 1 more cup of the pizza sauce.
