Grilled Sirloin Steaks

Grilled sirloin steaks with cayenne and black pepper along with some minced garlic makes for one tasty juicy steak. The combination of flavors is amazing, you will win over your dinner guests with the spicy treat.

4 - 1 1/4 inch thick cut quality sirloin steaks
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 large garlic clove finely chopped

  • Let steaks rest, covered in plastic wrap, 30 minutes at room temperature. Mix dry ingredient in a small bowl, set aside. Preheat grill for 10 minutes on high heat.
  • With a fork pierce the meat on both side, Sprinkle each side with the seasoning mix and divide the garlic between all four steaks, on the side that will be grilled first, massage ingredients into meat.
  • Lightly spray each steak with cooking spray, place on grill cook 3 minutes, turn heat down to medium high. Give a quarter turn, cook 3 minutes, turn heat down to medium. Flip steaks cook 3 minutes, give a quarter turn, cook 3 minutes for medium rare.



  • Starting the steaks on high heat for 3 minutes, sears the meat to give a nice crust. A perfect way to serve and enjoy a delicious steak.
