Grilled Pork Tenderloin Kabobs

This easy recipe for Grilled Pork Tenderloin Kabobs is marinated with garlic, jalapeno peppers, lime juice and sesame oil. Tender, juicy and the perfect spices for a tasty treat.

1 cup diced green onions
3 tbsp olive oil
2 large garlic cloves minced
1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp black pepper
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 2-inch pieces
6 bamboo skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes

  • Combine all ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Add pork, seal bag and mix ingredients. Place in shallow baking dish and marinade in refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • Preheat grill for 15 minutes on medium-high heat. Thread 4 or 5 pieces of pork on each bamboo skewers; discard marinade. Place on grill and cook 4 - 5 minutes per side or until pork is cook and no longer pink.


  • These are Delicious!
    Serve with grilled Potatoes and Onions and a Spring Salad.
