Grilled Pork Chops

This easy recipe for Grilled Pork Chops is spicy and delicious. Use loin chop, 1 inch thick, look for the t-shaped bone and you have found the perfect cut of meat for this recipe.

Referred to as "the other white meat" pork is flavorful and is fantastic when grilled with these wonderful spices.





Spicy Pork Chops
4 - 1 inch thick pork loin chops
1 tsp each:
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Chile Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Black Pepper
Kosher salt
Olive Oil

  • Combine all seasoning, mix well, season
    both sides of the pork chops. Cover with
    plastic wrap and let set out for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill. Place pork chops on grill,
    cook 3 minutes, give a quarter turn for grill
    marks cook 3 minutes. Turn and cook 3 minutes,
    give a quarter turn, cook 3 minutes.


  • These tasty chops need no sauce. The smoky
    flavor from the grill with the spices is all these
    chops needs, no sauce required.
