Chewy Chocolate Cookies

This easy recipe for Chewy Chocolate Cookies is super simple to make, and ever so delicious. You will love these. Chocolate at its best.

1 1/4 cup softened butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
3/4 cups Cocoa Powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large mixing bowl, Cream butter & sugar with an
electric mixer, about 2 minutes. Add eggs & vanilla,
mix 1 minute.

Add flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt, mix 2 minutes.

Drop by teaspoon full onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes,
cookie will be puffy, remove from oven. Cool 1 minute. Place
on paper towels to finish cooling.

Super Simple, Super Good.

Store in airtight for 2 - 3 days. These cookies freeze well, up to 2 months. Perfect for a Chocolate Craving.
