Caramel Rolls

These buttery gooey Caramel Rolls are the best sticky bun type sweet roll you could make, especially if you want an easy recipe.

My Mom gave me recipe and while it may be one that many have; I wanted to include this because it is perfect for a pot-luck a Sunday brunch. The best part, the wonderful smells while this is baking!

Ingredients:
1 pkg frozen rolls (20-25)
1 pkg vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 stick butter (melted)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

  • Butter bundt pan well. (do not use angle food pan, caramel will ooze out) place frozen rolls in bundt pan. Pour melted butter over them. Mix vanilla pudding & brown sugar together and sprinkle over buttered frozen rolls.
  • Cover w/paper towel and let rise over night. In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Invert on plate and eat warm. Pull them apart, the caramel will ooze all over the rolls.

  • Serve Caramel Rolls with a Ham Egg Bake
